For this Alice will check out your instagram page and your website, she will also send you a branding consultation form to complete so that she can get as much information on what branding you have or have not got in place she will then carry out the audit and arrange either a 15 min video call with you to discuss her findings or she can send over a video of her findings if you'd rather. The findings will be all about simple things you can do to improve your clientele and anything we can do to help you going forward if you should choose.​

Hi, I'm Alice
My primary goal is to relieve stress and make business easy to understand, so that you can concentrate on what you love. With almost 20years experience in the business I have not only built my business but also pivoted it multiple times, so that it works for me. I want to teach you all that I have learnt along the way. So that you too, can have the business that works for you.
My self-employed journey started with me owning my own salon at 21. In hindsight whilst setting it up I missed some crucial things, such as brand strategy and what truly motivates me, this led to setting up the wrong business model for me. However, I learnt A LOT about business during this period. It also helped me to understand what drives me and what I did & didn’t want; not only in my career but life too.
Fast forward a few years and I was a self-employed stylist in a salon, I’d become the most educated stylist there, was able to charge the most whilst working fewer hours than many of the other stylists. Spending most of my weekends in other cities and doing what I loved with my favourite people. Just before the lockdown hit, I realised my goals had changed; I wanted to buy a house, start a family and take my business to the next level; so, I set about this. I got clear on the steps required to take to take my business where it needed to be to achieve my goals.
I have now surpassed these goals. I have a beautiful home, the most amazing daughter I could have wished for, an incredibly loving and supportive partner and built my business to a stage where my income more than doubled. And with reaching my goals, new goals formed... I wanted to be home with my family whilst still running a business that I loved. This led me to where I am today, I've created a business that I love, that also works alongside family life. Will new goals come along? Of course, but I now have the tools to achieve them and stick to what’s true to me.

Enabling you to have the knowledge to thrive, avoid the mistakes I’ve made and save time on research (that’s my job now) so you have more time for your passion.
