Cancellation Policy

Booking fees are non-refundable deposit. However, if you wish to amend your appointment to either another service or another time/date this can be done with a minimum of 72 hours notice. If amending an appointment to a different service that requires a different amount of time, Alice Flewitt reserves the right tools amend the time/date of the appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled between 72 and 48 hours before your scheduled appointment it will result in a loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required to schedule your new appointment. Any cancellations or appointments cancelled or rescheduled between 48 and 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge. For no shows, cancellations and appointments rescheduled with under 24 hours notice will result in a 100% charge of the service Charges must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. Lateness will have a direct effect on your appointment, as this will take time away from the service that Alice is able to provide. If you have lost time from your session it means that your appointment will need to be rescheduled or a shorter/less impactful service be offered. A shorter service time will not give you the same results as the full service time. ​ To cover loss of income, you will be charged for the original service you booked in for. To avoid us having to do this, please ensure to allow plenty of time for your journey, to account for ant delays.
