Dietary Analysis

You will need to keep a food diary for this service, around 1 week of eating your average diet should be sufficient but the more detail and the longer the better.

Your diet will be analysed so that Alice can give you personalised advise on what you can do to make improvements.

Your session will include:

  • 1-1 consultation to establish and assess your underlying reason for change and any dietary requirements you may have.

  • Dietary analysis of food diary.

  • A personalised goal plan.

  • healthy eating, dietary and fluid intake guidelines and advice for your personal needs.


Health & Wellness coaching

1 hour coaching sessions to optimise your health and wellbeing.

  • 1-1 consultation to understand your underlying reasons for change

  • Personalised goal plan

  • 1 month access to the health and well-being members club where you will find lots of wellbeing advice, tips and tools to help improve your health and well-being.

  • Can help improve, health, general wellbeing, self-esteem, dealing with challenges or change,, it will help you to challenge limited beliefs, achieve clarity and reach personal goals. 

£45.00 for 1 hour

Mentoring & Support

You are not alone, There is no charge for a friendly chat however, if you need a little more than a supportive word, I do offer follow up sessions for further advice and goal setting.
